RECIPE: COTSWOLDS DISTILLERY’S 5 SPRING DRINKS YOU CAN CHEERS TO GOOD HEALTH!
You know what they say, “when you can’t travel, drink as the locals do…and just keep drinking until you think you’re actually there!”
…Ok, maybe they don’t say that.
However, as someone who loves to travel through food (and drinks), I was inspired by author Deborah Crombie’s delicious description of “Cotswolds distilled gin,” in her novel- and our Book Club’s May selection- A Bitter Feast. And I wanted to find some for myself.
Enter, the Cotswolds Distillery– a company hailing from you-can-guess-where, that makes a variety of fine, English spirits. I found a list of 5 cocktail recipes, shared by Oliver Morris, the distillery’s Head of Mixology, made the way he serves them- including “The Cotswold Garden,” a fresh and slightly fruity, festively English gin drink.
Try the Cotswolds take on these classics- and don’t forget- as part of our May Giveaway, one lucky winner will be receiving their very own bottle of Cotswolds Dry Gin to make the experience that much more authentic.
Cheers!
